Shiprocket allows you to integrate multiple channels such as WooCommerce, Shopify , Magento , Amazon etc
For all the channels integrated , Order Sync Automatically runs in every 30 minutes.
But still in case you want to run order sync manually , you can Goto – Orders Tab and click Sync -> Orders.
Just make sure that for your integrated channel , the Order Sync is On 
Note : In case your Channel Connector is broken, the Order sync will not work.
