You can add a manual order for processing a shipment quickly.
Click on the Add Order 
icon on the Orders tab.
Fill out the consignee’s billing and shipping details (if different):
Then enter the product’s details:
You can quickly search for a product by SKU or name and select:
You must have a product setup in your catalog before you can attach it to a manual order.
Fill out the quantity, price of the product and discount (in Rupees) if any to update product price for the order.
Then fill out the payment details and discount or charges for the order to generate the order total.
Please carefully select the Payment Method. Note that if you select Prepaid, on successful delivery no amount will be collected from the end customer. If this is a Cash on Delivery order, and you want an amount collected on delivery, please ensure you pick Cash on Delivery as the payment option.
Once you’re done, click Add Order.
