We are committed to enhancing our customer service and streamlining the delivery process. In pursuit of this goal, we have recently implemented a new system for addressing Delivered Not Received cases. Our system now utilizes two communication channels, WhatsApp and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to ensure an effective solution for delivery disputes raised by you.
With the inclusion of WhatsApp and IVR, buyers will receive confirmation of shipment receipt directly on their registered phone numbers.
In case of escalation in the Delivery Not Received case, the buyer will be contacted via WhatsApp/IVR and asked to confirm the status of the shipment with the following options: “Yes, received”, “Received in bad condition” or “No”. Buyer’s response triggers further action from our team to promptly resolve the issue. This improvement has significantly reduced the turnaround time for delivery dispute resolution.
The order listing screen now includes a filter option for assessing RTO risk levels, with low, medium, and high. The RTO Score feature is an essential tool for e-commerce businesses looking to improve their order fulfillment performance. With the ability to enable the RTO Score directly from the mobile app, and the improved visibility in the orders listing screen, this feature provides valuable insights and helps you take action to improve your delivery success rate.

Step 1: Log in to your Shiprocket account on your mobile app.
Step 2: Navigate to the order listing screen.
Step 3: Click on the Filter option available in the top right corner.
Step 4: Click the RTO Status option and select RTO Statuses accordingly and then, apply.
